Plain-language privacy.

Airlark uses limited website analytics to understand which pages and calls to action are useful. The public site has no enquiry form and does not ask you to upload business information.

01 / Website analytics

Aggregate analytics.

Airlark uses a self-hosted Umami analytics service at analytics.delaney-house.com. It operates without analytics cookies, cross-site tracking or visitor profiles.

The tracker records page information needed for aggregate reporting, including the page URL and title, referring page, browser language and screen size. It may also produce broad device, browser and country-level reports.

02 / Useful actions

Clicks, not content.

The site records limited events such as opening a field note, booking page, email link, resource or LinkedIn link. Event properties use fixed operational labels for topic, format, content, intent and page placement. Airlark does not record the contents of an email.

Campaign links may include standard UTM parameters describing source, channel, campaign, topic or placement. These values should not contain a person’s name, email address, business record or customer information.

03 / Booking, email and LinkedIn

Contact routes.

The booking button opens Google Calendar. Google handles the information submitted there under its own terms and privacy controls. LinkedIn handles activity on Emmet’s profile in the same way.

Email links open your own email service and address the message to [email protected]. Airlark receives the sender address and whatever information the sender includes. Email is retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain an agreed business record or meet applicable obligations.

Do not send confidential company records, personal data or customer documents when arranging an introductory call.

04 / Paid work

Before access.

Access, redaction, retention, deletion, deployment and responsibility are agreed before paid work involves company systems or real information. The introductory call normally requires only a description of the problem.

05 / Questions and choices

Your controls.

You can block the analytics script with browser privacy controls or a content blocker. The public pages remain usable.

For a question about this website or information connected with a booking or email, contact [email protected]. Information submitted to Google can also be managed using Google’s controls.

Project boundaries are separate.

This page describes the public website. Project-specific data handling is agreed before an engagement uses customer systems or information.
